Rachel è stata stretta collaboratrice di Peter Gabriel\, Wayne Shorter\, Stanley Clarke\, Marcus Miller\, Al Di Meola e degli Steps Ahead e vanta 13 album come bandleader. Omar Hakim\, formatosi alla corte di Elvin Jones e Art Blakey\, si è affermato come batterista della leggendaria Weather Report. In ambito jazzistico ha lavorato anche con Miles Davis\, George Benson e John Scofield\, avviando parallelamente una carriera di turnista al servizio di star del calibro di Sting\, David Bowie\, Dire Straits\, Celine Dion\, Mariah Carey\, Madonna\, Anita Baker e in Italia Pino Daniele e Jovanotti.
